At Afends, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all full-priced items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like an instant exchange for a different size, a store credit with a bonus top-up, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items in their original compostable packaging with all tags attached and print your pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your return at our warehouse.
